Ingredients

Tapioca flour, Potato starch, White Rice Flour, Corn Flour, Guar Gum,Sugar.

Method Of Making

Step 1: Add mix flour(1000g) salt (10g) saffron (02g), black sesame seeds(40g), baking powder (6g),egg 2pcs, date juice 600g, yeast 10g and mix together.

Step 2:Add sunflower oil100g to mix flour

Step 3:Add water 200ml slowly

Step 4: Shape the bread, proofing for 1hr, and baked 200°c
