Return Policy

Sometimes unforeseen issues might occur. In such cases, we will return the order at our expense and send a replacement instantly.

A return fee of AED 30 applies if you return a product without any issue from our side. This fee helps cover logistics and handling during the return process.

 


 

1- Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a replacement or a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request for a return or refund must be made within 7 days from delivery.

  • The product must be returned in its original sealed packaging.

  • The product must be unused, unaltered, and in perfect condition.

  • A valid proof of purchase such as an order number must be provided.

  • All items are quality checked before dispatch; however, faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving.

 


 

2- Return Process

The process of initiating a return or exchange is simple:

  • Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos of the product are required.

  • Our support team will guide you through the return process.

  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will proceed with the replacement or refund.

 


 

3- Refund Terms

  • Refunds for online paid orders will be credited back to the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • Delivery fees cannot be refunded, but VAT fees on the returned product will be refunded.

  • Refund processing may take up to 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

 


 

Return Exclusions

For hygiene and safety purposes, the following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Opened dietary supplements or consumables

  • Products with broken seals, altered packaging, or missing labels

  • Clearance, near-expiry, or final sale items (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Free gifts or promotional items

 


 

Additional Information

  • All items must be returned in their original packaging with all seals intact.

  • If items are not returned in their original condition, are used, or altered, return may be rejected or additional shipping fees may apply.
