Return Policy
Sometimes unforeseen issues might occur. In such cases, we will return the order at our expense and send a replacement instantly.
A return fee of AED 30 applies if you return a product without any issue from our side. This fee helps cover logistics and handling during the return process.
1- Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a replacement or a refund, the following conditions must be met:

The request for a return or refund must be made within 7 days from delivery.

The product must be returned in its original sealed packaging.

The product must be unused, unaltered, and in perfect condition.

A valid proof of purchase such as an order number must be provided.

All items are quality checked before dispatch; however, faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving.
2- Return Process
The process of initiating a return or exchange is simple:

Refunds for online paid orders will be credited back to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Delivery fees cannot be refunded, but VAT fees on the returned product will be refunded.

Refund processing may take up to 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Return Exclusions
For hygiene and safety purposes, the following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

Opened dietary supplements or consumables

Products with broken seals, altered packaging, or missing labels

Clearance, near-expiry, or final sale items (unless damaged or incorrect)
