Method of Making

Step 1: Add 1000g of flour to a bowl and mix well.

Step 2: Add 120g of sunflower oil and mix it into the flour.

Step 3: Slowly add 850ml of water while mixing the dough forms.

Step 4: Cover the Dough and let it proof for 30 minutes

Step 5: Shape the dough into portions

Step 6: Bake at 200°c for 17 minutes.
