Method of Making

Step 1: Beat 800g eggs until fluffy form is achieved.

Step 2: add 900g melted butter and mix well until fully combined.

Step 3: add 1000g brownie mix and mix until smooth with no lumps

Step 4: pour the butter into greased or lined baking tray and spread evenly

Step 5: bake 170°c for 21 minutes
